LITIGATION

Quite simply, we litigate to win. Each matter is researched thoroughly both in respect of the law and facts pertaining to such matter. Clients are thus given detailed advice with regard to the merits of each matter to enable them to make informed decisions before embarking on litigation. AMC Hunter Inc has an extensive law library and has, through the use of technology, instant access to the latest law reports and legislation. In addition, where the nature or extent of the matter justifies it, we make use of the services of a number of advocates with various fields of expertise.

COMMERCIAL LAW

The survival of a business is often dependent on factors such as the proper structuring of its affairs, the acquisition of new business and ventures, tax efficiency and the management and collection of its book debt.

AMC Hunter Inc has, through the years, seen many clients' businesses succeed and grow and believes that its long-term relationship with such clients and ongoing advice and support to them have contributed to their success.
