NATURAL PERSONS

• A certified copy of the picture page of your Book of Life/Identity Document.
• If you are married (either in or out of community of property) o a certified copy of your Marriage Certificate; and o a certified copy of the picture page of your spouse’s Book of Life/Identity Document.
• If you are married out of community of property, the original or a certified copy of your Antenuptial Contract.
• If you have entered into any notarial contract under the Matrimonial Property Act No.88/1984, the original or certified copy of such contact.
• If you are Divorced, the original or a certified copy of your Divorce Order.
• If you are a registered vendor for VAT purposes, a certified copy of your Notice of Registration.

COMPANIES

• Original Certificate to Commence Business (If Company was incorporated after the 1st January 1974) or a certified copy thereof.
• Original Certificate of Incorporation, or a certified copy thereof.
• Original Memorandum and Articles of Association, or a certified copy thereof.
• The full names of the person/s signing documents on behalf of the Company.
• If a registered vendor for VAT purposes, a certified copy of your Notice of Registration.

CLOSE CORPORATIONS

• Original Founding Statement and Key to Particulars of Members, or a certified copy thereof, together with any amended Founding Statement.
• The full names of the person/s who will sign documents on behalf of the Close Corporation.
• If registered vendor for VAT purposes, a certified copy of your Notice of Registration.

TRUSTS

• Original Trust Deeds or a certified copy thereof.
• Certificate from the Master of the Supreme Court re: appointment of trustee’s (if applicable).
• The full names of the trustee/s who will sign documents on behalf of the Trust.
• If a registered vendor for VAT purposes, a certified copy of your Notice of Registration.
