Once a deal is conclusive and the purchase price has been secured to the satisfaction of the conveyancers, we are happy to bridge up to 75% of the agent’s commission.
RATES AND TAXES
We can advance the amount owed by the seller for rates and taxes to speed up the registration process.
SELLER’S EQUITY
The registration of transfer can take up to 3 months. This means your money will be tied up until the transfer of the property is completed. Bridging finance can unlock some of the equity that is in your property TODAY.
SELLER’S EQUITY
If you are applying for a second or further bond, you may require the funds while awaiting the registration of the further bond. This type of bridging finance is perfect for renovations and improvements to the home.
