Since joining AMC Hunter Inc. in October 2018, Saijal Pale has made her mark as a dynamic force within the firm. As a Director, Conveyancer, and Notary Public, Saijal wears many hats; from overseeing the bonds department and driving compliance, to ensuring the smooth running of the firm’s day-to-day operations.

What truly sets Saijal apart is her deep-rooted passion for problem-solving. For her, there’s nothing more rewarding than turning a challenge into a win and seeing the smile on a client’s face, knowing she played a part in making their journey easier.

She believes the heartbeat of AMC Hunter Inc. lies in its culture: people first, always. “It’s not just about the bottom line,” she says. “We genuinely care — about each other, and about our clients.”

Her proudest moment? Stepping into the role of Director; a title that reflects years of hard work, growth, and dedication.

Outside the legal world, Saijal is a creative soul. She finds joy in painting, loves spending time with family and friends, and expresses herself through cooking. Oh, and don’t be fooled by her calm presence, she’s a full-blown adrenaline junkie who’s always up for the next thrill!

Gawie Venter

Gawie joined AMC Hunter Inc. in April 2025, bringing with him over 2 decades of hands-on experience in the field of property law. As an accomplished attorney, conveyancer, and notary public, he specialises in a broad range of property-related matters; including transfers, sectional title schemes, subdivisions, consolidations, and both small and large-scale developments.

Having grown up around the legal world, with his mother working as a Conveyancing Paralegal, Gawie was immersed in the industry from a young age. He began his legal career straight out of school as a clerk and has since built a reputation for his diligence, depth of knowledge, and commitment to client care.

What sets Gawie apart is his calm, solution-focused approach and his belief in clear communication throughout every transaction. Whether navigating a complex development or assisting first-time buyers, he ensures clients are informed and supported every step of the way.

For Gawie, success isn’t only measured in registrations and deadlines met; it’s about the meaningful relationships he builds, both with clients and colleagues. Many of those he’s worked with over the years have become lifelong friends, a testament to his collaborative and grounded nature.

His personal mantra, “The Three C’s of Life: Choices, Chances, and Changes,” reflects his approach to both work and life; always open to growth, always ready to take on new challenges.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Gawie in his garden, tending to his beloved orchids, roses, clivias, succulents, and amaryllises. Gardening is where he reconnects with nature and recharges his energy.

Juraisha Naidoo

Attorney & Conveyancer | Bond Department

Juraisha Naidoo has been a valued member of AMC Hunter Inc for 4 years, bringing both heart and skill to her role in the Bonds Department. Specialising in Nedbank and Standard Bank bond registrations as well as FNB bond cancellations, Juraisha thrives in the dynamic environment of conveyancing; particularly enjoying the exposure to people from all walks of life. Whether it’s clients, agents, or colleagues, she values the diversity of perspectives and cultures she engages with daily.

One of Juraisha’s proudest moments was being admitted as a conveyancer, an accomplishment that reflects her dedication and passion for the legal profession. Philani Mathe has been part of the AMC Hunter Inc. team for over four years, bringing passion, dedication, and fresh insight to our Transfer Department. As a legal practitioner, he thrives on the intellectual challenge of solving legal problems and finds great reward in using his knowledge to make a real impact for clients; whether that means educating them, crafting tailored solutions, or guiding them through complex property transactions.

His work focuses primarily on conveyancing and the drafting of agreements, where his precision and legal acumen shine. Philani values AMC Hunter Inc.’s client-centred approach and collaborative culture, and believes our firm’s strength lies in its deep expertise and genuine care for the people we serve.

One of Philani’s proudest milestones is obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree while working at AMC Hunter Inc; a testament to his drive and commitment to growth.

He plays brass in his church band, is a Marvel Comics enthusiast, loves a good game of soccer with his brothers, and enjoys online gaming, reading, and music. A fun fact? Leanne is known for her determination and her ability to help the team achieve what often seems impossible. Once an introvert, she credits her supportive colleagues with helping her become more expressive and confident in the workplace.

Fosca currently focuses on conveyancing, specifically assisting with bond cancellations, and has recently expanded her skills to include SA Home Loans (SAHL) cancellations, an achievement she’s particularly proud of.
