Saijal Pale: Being A Part of AMC Hunter INC

I’ve always told myself that I would live a life that is filled with passion, love and purpose. I found my passion when I chose to pursue a career in law, particularly conveyancing. 

I enjoy challenges, and the complex nature of conveyancing transactions fulfils that aspect of my personality. The fact that I can make someone so incredibly happy by registering the transfer of their very first home; and guiding them through the process has given my life purpose. This is why I am able to get up every morning with a smile, ready to take on the day at AMC Hunter Inc. 

I joined AMC Hunter in October 2018. Being a newly admitted conveyancer thirsty for experience and knowledge; I had no idea what I was in store for. From day one, I was thrown in the “deep end” and boy did I need to swim. 

I was tasked with dealing with the private banking space and complex lending deals. I had no idea what I was doing as I had no experience with deals of this sort. 

With the assistance of my wonderful colleagues, my amazing boss (Karien Hunter) and not forgetting my dearest friend and colleague (Sarikha Singh), I survived and 2 years later I consider myself highly knowledgeable in complex lending deals. 

Apart from dealing with complex lending deals, I grew into other roles at the company, and I am now able to manage an entire team of incredible conveyancing paralegals. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better team to work with. 

The day I was offered a position as a Director of AMC Hunter Inc was one of the greatest days of my life. I understood immediately how much responsibility this new role will carry; and because I enjoy challenges, I was overwhelmed with excitement. 

Being a Director of AMC Hunter Inc is a huge milestone in my career, and I am looking forward to growing the company with our remarkable team.
