Umthengi Othenga Umuzi Okanye Indlu Okokuqala Ngqa – Nakhu Okufanele Ukwazi Nge – FLISP

I-FLISP (Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme) iwuxhaso lukahulumeni lwabantu baseNingizimu Afrika abaqala ngqa ukuthenga izindlu okanye imizi, eyethulwa okokuqala ngonyaka ka-2012. Ekuqaleni, i-FLISP yayinikezwa njengendlela yemalimboleko yekwethenga indlu okanye umuzi kuphela, elinganiselwe kubantu abahola phakathi kuka-R1,500 – U-R15,000 wemali engenayo yanyanga zonke kuphela.

Ngisifaka Kanjani isicelo se-FLISP?

Uma uhlangabezana nazo zonke izidingo, ungafaka isicelo se-FLISP, kodwa okokuqala kufanele ukhethe okanye/noma ufake isicelo sezezimali. Nakuba bekujwayeleke ukuthi ufake isicelo semali mboleko (futhi isicelo sakho sigunyazwe ngaphambi kokufaka isicelo se-FLISP), lokhu kushintshile, futhi manje usungakwazi ukuhlola eminye imithombo yezimali ongayifaka isicelo, okuhlanganisa lokhu okulandelayo:

  • Imali mboleko yempesheni noma ye-provident fund
  • Uhlelo lokonga lwamadlelandawonye noma olusekelwe emphakathini njengesitokofela
  • Uhlelo lwezindlu zabasebenzi bakahulumeni

Amadokhumenti amaphepha Adingekayo uma Uyofaka Isicelo

  • Amakhophi omazisi aqinisekisiwe (ID).
  • Amakhophi aqinisekisiwe ezitifiketi zokuzalwa zabantu obondlayo.
  • Ikhophi eqinisekisiwe yesitifiketi somshado/ Umyalelo wokugcina wedivosi ovela enkantolo.
  • I-payslip/i-afidavithi yakamuva eqinisekisa ukungasebenzi/ubufakazi besibonelelo sikahulumeni.
  • Ikhophi eqinisekisiwe yetayitela lokudayisa okanye elokuthenga.
  • Ikhophi eqinisekisiwe yokugunyazwa kwebhondi/ikhotheshini yebhondi.
  • Ikhophi yoqobo okanye eqinisekisiwe yesitatimende sezindleko zokudlulisa kummeli ogunyazwe ukudlulisela indlu egameni likamthengi iphuma kumthengisi.
