We are thrilled to welcome Gawie Venter to our team! Gawie is a seasoned attorney, conveyancer, and notary public with an impressive background in property law.

With over a decade of experience, Gawie’s expertise covers everything from transfers and small and large scale developments to sectional title schemes, subdivisions, and consolidations. Whether it’s navigating complex transactions or guiding clients through the process, Gawie’s knowledge ensures every detail is handled with precision and the utmost care.

But Gawie’s journey in conveyancing didn’t start here – he practically grew up in a law firm! With his mother working as a Conveyancing Paralegal, Gawie developed a deep understanding of the industry from a young age. He began his legal career as a clerk straight out of school and has since gained invaluable experience – earning his stripes as a trusted legal professional through hard work, dedication, and resilience.

His career highlights aren’t just about titles and milestones – they’re about the meaningful connections he’s made with colleagues, some of whom are now lifelong friends. This focus on relationships is one of the many reasons Gawie is such a valuable addition to our team.

His guiding principle? “The Three C’s of Life: Choices, Chances, and Changes. You must make a choice to take a chance or your life will never change.”

When working with clients, Gawie believes that communication is key. Keeping clients informed, involved, and reassured throughout the process is his top priority.

Outside of work, Gawie finds peace and creativity in his garden, where he nurtures roses, clivias, amaryllises, succulents, and his favourite -orchids.
